I love the books but it is painful to only be able to read 2 chapters at a time and have to wait another week to get to the next chapter in the story. Is there a reason it was written that way? I love it but am tempted not to read any further until all books are out

its not available on paper back in the uk, i contacted headline publishers and they said they have no plans as yet to release it in paperback. they should do
